- It's 1 can already pie crust (for the top).
- Prepare For the smoker.
- You need Apple juice.

- Set something up with apple juice and apple wood chip set at 250.
- Smoke room temp pie shell for 10 mins to set some of the moisture out of it.
- Add pie fill to pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Roll out the ready pie shell and cut in strips.
- Take strips and place on top of pie filling.
- Smoke pie for 2 hrs on 250.
- Notes- I cheated and got a frozen pie, cooked it in my oven for half the cook time, then smoked it the rest of the way (I didn’t want it to be frozen when smoking it...).
