- Wash the spinach well and divide it into two parts..
- Place the oil in a pot, finely chop your onions into it and sautΓ© well, then add the spinach and let it until it is tender..
- Then add the water, the stock cube, the salt and the finely chopped dill and boil for 15 minutes..
- Follow by adding the rice, you might need to add a little extra water, stir and let it boil well stirring from time to time..
- As soon as it is done, place it in a baking tray, trying to keep it from having too much liquid, let it for a while so that you can beat the eggs and add them on top..
