- You need 1 tablespoon tahini.
- Prepare 1 small garlic clove.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons water.
- You need Lemon juice (to taste).
- You need 2 tablespoons olive oil.

- Drain the chickpeas and add them to a blender, along with the tahini, garlic, water and lemon juice. Don’t add too much lemon at this point. You can add more later..
- Blend the mixture, after a minute check to see if it needs more lemon and add accordingly. Add a tablespoon of olive oil at this point..
- Blend for another minute, on a slower setting this time..
- Remove from the blender and add another tablespoon of oil to serve..
