Ingredients make Blackberry Hummus

  1. It's 2 punnets fresh raspberry (frozen could work).
  2. Prepare 1 tin chick peas.
  3. You need 1 1/2 lemons (juice).
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp tahini.
  5. You need handful mint.
  6. Prepare 1 lrge clove garlic.
  7. You need 1 good amount of salt.
  8. It's 1 goog glug of olive oil, extra to drizzle after.
  9. It's I didnt add any pepper, but a bit of white pepper might work well.

Blackberry Hummus instructions

  1. In a food processor blitz the chick peas, tahini, garlic and berries until smooth..
  2. Add the lemon, mint and olive oil and blitz again, adding more oil whilst its mixing if needed. Taste, season, re taste etc.
  3. To serve pour onto a nice platter and decorate with more berries, mint, seeds etc and drizzle with more oil. Serve with flatbread or anything you fancy..

Blackberry Hummus - Actually any berry will work in this recipe (even frozen, if you must), but the dark, sweet blackberries are my favorite.
