  3. Grind all ingredients in a food processor for 4_5mi ns till a smooth creamy sauce. Keep on grinding if it's too thick add little water and mix upside down in the machine..
  4. Cut your veggies.
  5. Toast tortillas or pitabread..
  6. Arrange platter.
  7. Pour some olive oil on top and sprinkle paprika.
