I would avoid dark chocolate, because you'll then have two bitter elements: matcha and dark chocolate. If you like matcha and if you like white chocolate, combine the two and make this Matcha Green Tea White Chocolate!

Matcha White Chocolate Drip: While the cake chills with its second coat of frosting, make the matcha white chocolate ganache. Gently pour white chocolate chips into the heavy cream, making sure they are fully covered with cream. Allow. #SpoonTip: If the mixture appears somewhat runny, add in more flour and more Matcha. Place Cream and Matcha Powder in a heat-proof bowl, mix well using a whisk. Stir with the whisk until smooth. What I love about these vegan Matcha cookies is that they are effortless, have minimal ingredients, great appeal, mild flavor, buttery soft texture, festive color, use minimal coconut sugar, have white chocolate (my fave), are great for entertaining, perfect with almond milk which I never prefer, and are divine with a latte! Thank you and good luck
