- You need 200 g spaghetti.
- You need Green Pesto.
- It's 200 g Creme fraiche.
- You need Brocolli.
- Prepare Green beans.
- Prepare Spinach.
- You need Parmesan cheese.
- It's 200 ml vegetable stock.
Baked pesto spaghetti step by step
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Part cook the spaghetti for 5 minutes.
- Steam the beans for 5 minutes and the broccoli for 3 minutes.
- Mix 2 tablespoons pesto with 200g creme fraiche.
- Make 200ml vegetable stock.
- In the saucepan mix the spaghetti and pesto mix and stock.
- Transfer to an oven dish, mix in the cooked veg. Stir in the spinach. Cover with grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 30 minutes until cheese has browned.
