- It's Grease proof paper approx 35cm X 70cm for each serving.
- Prepare Salt and pepper pinch over each serving.

- Place handful of trimmed beans onto grease proof paper do this for each person add olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Place skinless salmon nice side up on top of the green beans.
- Use one tablespoon of pesto per portion to cover fish and place halved tomatoes on top and around sides.
- Fold grease proof paper over fish and make a parcel and place on baking tray. Cook in oven at 180oC for 20 to 25 mins.
