Ingredients make Wild garlic pesto
- Prepare Generous handful of wild garlic.
- You need Glug of olive oil.
- Prepare 80 g parmesan.
- You need 100 g nuts (pine nuts is a favourite but other nuts ok as well).
- It's Juice of 1 lemon.

- Put all ingredients into a food processor and mix until fine. Pour enough oil in to give a smooth texture.
