Traditionally it is made by mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, and sweet basil seeds with milk, often served with ice cream.

Ingredients make Faluda Ice Cream
- You need 1 litre milk.
- Prepare 1 cup milk.
- Prepare 50 grams Wheat flour.
- It's 50 grams chia seeds (sabjya).
- You need 1 packet Jelly powder.
- You need 100 ml Rose syrup.
- Prepare 100 grams sugar.
- It's 1 packet Faluda vermicelli.
- You need 1 tsp vanilla essence.
- Prepare 1 tsp elaichi powder.
- You need Dry fruits (chopped)as per ur choice.
Faluda Ice Cream instructions
- Boil 1 litre milk in a pan til it reduces to 3/4th litre. Take the separately kept 1 cup milk and mix the wheat flour in the cup and then pour it slowly in the boiling milk in the pan. Keep stirring. Add elaichi powder, dry fruits, sugar and mix well and simmer for 5 mins and let it cool. Now add the vanilla essence and mix well.Keep it in the deep freezer for 4-5 hrs.
- Now make the jelly according to the instructions on the jelly packet and cool it and keep in the fridge.
- Now boil the faluda vermicelli as we boil noodles.
- Now soak the chia seeds for 30 mins.
- Check the ice cream. If it's hard enough, start serving. Take 3 glasses. Add some dry fruits, a scoop of ice cream, add the vermicelli, jelly, chia seeds, rose syrup, and again a scoop of ice cream. Top it with some dry fruits and serve it chilled.
