  1. Add oil to IP and start on sauté for 6 mins add the onions and brown add tomatoe. The IP will be still very hot even though the it’s switched off.
  2. Add all the masalas and then the mince mix & Turn on the IP to pressure cook for 5 mins. Make sure the whistle is in lock position.
