  1. It's 2 pears peeled and cored.
  2. It's 2 eggs beaten.
  3. You need 2 tbsps dairy free milk.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp ground cinnamon optional.
  5. Prepare 200 g gluten free self raising flour.
  6. You need 150 g caster sugar.
  7. You need 4 tbsps dairy free natural yoghurt.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC Grease and line a 900g loaf tin.
  2. Eat together the eggs, dairy free milk and natural yoghurt Blitz the pear in a blender or grate the pears Stir in the cinnamon, caster sugar, flour and diced pear Spoon into the loaf tin Bake for 55 minutes Remove from the loaf tin and allow to cool before serving.
