  2. Prepare 100 grams White Sesame seeds.

  7. Prepare 2 tablespoons Lime juice.

  10. You need 3 tablespoons Cornflour.
  11. You need 3 tablespoons Refined flour.
  12. Prepare 1 tablespoon Rice flour.
  13. It's Olive oil.
  14. You need Vegetable oil for frying.

  1. Smear the aubergine/brinjals with olive oil and roast them on an open flame or in the oven until the skin wrinkles and is partly charred. Remove skin and break the soften brinjal into shreds with a fork. Keep aside to cool..
