  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp cumin seeds.

  5. It's 1 green chilli.
  6. Prepare 3/4 cup chooped Coriander leaves.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp rice flour.
  8. Prepare 1 pinch soda powder.
  9. You need As required Oil for deep frying.
  10. It's to taste Salt.

Homemade Falafel instructions

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight in water. Next morning, drain the water and in a grinder add chickpea, chopped onion, chopped garlic,cumin seed, chopped coriander leaves grind it into coarse paste..
  2. Take it out in a bowl.Add salt, soda and 1 tsp rice flour.(It's optional).. Mix very well. Make falafel balls out of the dough..
  3. Heat oil.. When oil is hot fry these falafel till golden brown in colour on low to medium flame...
  4. Serve hot falafel with hummus..
