- Prepare 3/4 cup chooped Coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp rice flour.
- Prepare 1 pinch soda powder.
- You need As required Oil for deep frying.
- It's to taste Salt.
Homemade Falafel instructions
- Soak chickpeas overnight in water. Next morning, drain the water and in a grinder add chickpea, chopped onion, chopped garlic,cumin seed, chopped coriander leaves grind it into coarse paste..
- Take it out in a bowl.Add salt, soda and 1 tsp rice flour.(It's optional).. Mix very well. Make falafel balls out of the dough..
- Heat oil.. When oil is hot fry these falafel till golden brown in colour on low to medium flame...
- Serve hot falafel with hummus..
