- Prepare 340 g self raising flour.
- It's 25 g chopped walnuts.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

- It's 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves.
- Prepare 60 g jaggery.

- Remove from the oven, let it stand for 10 minutes and then remove from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack..
- Store in an air tight container for 3 to 4 days. I bet it wonβt hang around that long though!.
