  1. Take 5 cabbage leaves. Cut the middle hard part. Take a pan add water, add salt and add the cabbage leaves and boil it for 3-4 min. If it is a Chinese cabbage then cook it for 2min..
  2. Take a plate add blended chicken, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, caram seeds, cumin powder, oregano, garam masala, salt and mix it well..
  3. Take a small portion of the mixture place in between the boiled cabbage leave and fold it as a roll..
  4. Steam these rolls for 30-40 min in a medium flame. In a steamer. Have it hot with Schezwan sauce..
