- Prepare 2 litres water.
- Prepare 120 ml sugar (8 tbsp).
- Prepare 4 tea bags (I use Rooibos).
- You need 1 cup kombucha (from previous batch).

- Add sugar and tea bags. Allow to steep for 15 mins..
- Remove tea bags. Allow to completely cool - at least to room temperature..
- Add sweet tea to kombucha and mother SCOBY in a sterilized jar/jug..
- Cover with muslin cloth / tea towel. Brew for 1-2 weeks..
