- Prepare Lukaane.
- Prepare Salt.
- It's ginger garlic paste.
- You need Green chillies slit.
- It's Coriander leaves finely chopped.
- Prepare Turmeric powder.

- Wash and clean these bones thoroughly and keep them aside..
- In a pressure cooker, heat Ghee and add Bay leaves at first followed by all the Spices one by one. Add chopped onion along with the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute or two..
- Now add the bones as well as the green chillies, coriander leaves and the turmeric powder. Mix well and pressure cook for 10-12 whistles. Don't forget to add water to it before placing the lid..
- After the pressure settles down, open the lid and allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes more. Adjust water quantity if you need to at this point but add hot water only if necessary. The consistency depends upon one's own choice..
- This tastes heaven when slow cooked for nearly 2 hours. This was what my grandma did but I do not that everytime. I do follow it but also pressure cook this just as I did today. It tastes awesome this way too. Try in whichever way you want to and relish this nutritious Soup with your loved ones atleast once a month..
