- You need 1 lb ground beef.
- Prepare 1/2 cup bbq sauce (any kind you prefer).
- It's 1 cup ketchup.
- Prepare 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce.

- drain beef and add rest of ingredients.
- simmer for 10 minutes.
