  1. Preheat oven to 170 °c. Grease and dust a 6 or 7 inch tin.Seive all dry ingredients together..

  3. Add wet to dry ingredients. Milk well till combined.
  4. Add the essence and red colour. Mix well.
  5. Lastly add vinegar and mix..
