Red velvet chocochip cookies - My Red Velvet Chocolate Chip cookies. I really recommend chilling the dough - it really does make a difference in the texture of this cookie. You can dip the cookies in white chocolate or use a combination of both white and dark chocolate chips for a contrast in colour. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a couple minutes on the baking sheets before removing and placing on a wire rack to cool completely. Notes These cookies would also be delicious if you were to omit the white chips and instead frost them with Cream Cheese frosting. If you personally prefer a really chocolaty red velvet, I would say rather than adding more cocoa to the dough just add milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips in place of the white chocolate chips. Description; This pint of fudgy chocochip cookie dough is the only thing you'll need to make any day perfect! Thank you and good luck
