Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon - A healthy and delicious salmon, glazed with maple syrup and grainy mustard. I love to bring a little salmon into my diet, especially in the summer months. Generously sprinkle the salmon all over with salt and pepper. If you are only making a pound of salmon, I'd recommend halving all the glaze ingredients. I baked my salmon on parchment paper and then transferred to the pan for the photographs.
