Samosa step by step
- Mix flour, salt,corn flour and water together but (it should not be too thick) and keep aside.
- Cut potatoes, onions, carrots and keep aside.
- Heat your non-stick pan and using your brush, put the flour mixture in the pan and wait, you will notice that the dough is rising slowly.
- Use your hand or spoon to lift the dough.
- After you are done making the dough, heat your pan, add onions,minced meat, salt,Maggi, Curry, thyme, potatoes, some carrots and peas and give them a stir fry.
- After you are done frying, keep aside in an open place to cool down.
- Form a triangle with the dough and put in the fillings.
- Make a mixture of flour and water and make it very thick, then seal the edges of the samosa dough with it.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosa until golden brown.
- Allow to cool and serve with some chilled drink.
