- Take a pan pour some oil add dry red chilli cumin seeds,ajwain,hing fennel seeds, mustard seeds curry leaves, coriander seeds,add onion saute it for 5 mins.now add all spices. peanuts and kasuri methi.mix it well in medium flame.add mashed potatoes and Coriander leaves. Mix again in low flame. Let it cool.now filling is ready..
