  3. It's 1/8 cup Oil.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup+1 tbsp Water.

  6. You need 1/2 tsp Ajwain.

  8. You need 4 Boiled meshed potatoes.
  9. It's 1 tbsp oil.
  10. It's 1 chopped green chilli.
  11. You need 1/2 tbsp ginger chopped.

  13. Prepare 3/4 tsp cumin seeds.
  14. It's 1 tsp garam masala.
  15. Prepare 3/4 tsp red chilli powder.
  16. You need 1/3 tsp coriander powder.
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp aamchur powder.

Samosa chaat instructions

  1. First we make dough of samosas..
  2. Mix everything well in maida and make a soft and smooth dough. Keep it covered and rest for 30-40 mintues.
  3. Now we make the stuffing..
  4. Take a pan, heat oil and put all spices..
  5. Mix the potatoes well and saute for 5- 10 mintues..
  6. Once it done keep it aside for cool..
  7. Now we make samosas..
  8. Make small balls from the dough. Roll them and cut it from the centre..
  9. Now take one part,use water and stick the edges. Stuff the filling in the center and again seal it with water..
  10. Repeat the process and make all samosas and keep it covered else it ll dry..
  11. Deep fry them and serve them hot with chutneys..
