- You need 1 Onion finely Chopped.

- Prepare 1/2 spoon Fennel seeds powder (Saunf).
- You need 1/2 spoon Cumin seeds powder (Jeera powder).
- You need pinch hing / asafoetida.
- Prepare to taste Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera).
- You need 1/4 tsp Garam Masala.
- Prepare 2 tsp raw Wheat flour for binding.
- You need as needed Oil.
Corn samosa step by step
- Take a Pan and add 2-3 tablespoon oil..
- Once the oil heats up add Cumin seeds and let it change it's color to brown..
- Add onion to the oil and Saute it to turn light pink..
- Now add corn to it and continue to Saute on high flame..
- Once the water evaporates and it gets saute well add Cumin seeds powder, Fennel seeds powder (saunf), red chilli powder, hing, garam masala and salt..
- Mix it well and mix until all spices get mixed and get absorbed in corn. Finally turn off the flame and let it cool down.
- Preparing Samosa.
- Mix 2-3 spoon water to raw wheat flour and make it a paste which will be used to stick samosa.
- Cut the roti in two pcs and remove the side round curve to get exact shape of Samosa Patti..
