  1. Dough- Add flour, jeera,oil to a mixing bowl. Rub the flour with oil,once it resembles. Add little water to a time to form a stiff dough..
  2. Cover to formed dough with a damp clothes for 2 hrs..
  3. Masala- in a mixer add mint, coriander and green chilli, ginger and blend to a paste..
  4. Heat a pan pour in 2 tsp oil, all spices and salt..
  5. Roast in low heat until fragrant..
  6. Add the mint coriander paste, and cook for a minute or two..
  7. Finally, add the mashed potatoes and mix well with the masala. Let cool..

  10. Put water in half part and flat end, form a cone by sticking the wet edge. Fill the cone with stuffing and sealed the open part..
