Ingredients make Dengu samosa

  1. It's 1/4 kg boiled dengu(green grams).
  2. You need 1 big onion.
  3. It's Spices of choice.
  4. Prepare Cooking Oil.
  5. You need Samosa pockets made with chia seeds.
  6. You need Salt.

Dengu samosa step by step

  1. In a cooking pan fry onions, add salt and spices follwed by dengu..
  2. Fry until well combined, don't add any water. Switch off heat and set aside to cool..
  3. Meanwhile make samosa pockets (you can refer to my previous beef samosa but add 1tbsp chia seeds on the dough).
  4. Fill the pockets with the dengu then deep fry until golden brown..
  5. Enjoy with beverage of choice..
