Ingredients make Chicken Samosa

- Prepare 3 cups flour.
- It's 2 tbsp veg.oil.
- Prepare Tsp salt.

- Prepare Extra flour for sealing.

- It's Chicken breast.
- Prepare Scotch bonnet.
- You need Ginger & garlic.
- You need Seasonings and spices.
Chicken Samosa instructions
- Sift flour and add salt. Mix well.
- Add oil.
- Add water bit by bit and mix till you have a soft dough. Cover and allow to rest.
- Transfer dough work surface. Make small ball out of the dough.
- Roll out each dough flat.
- Grease the surface with veg.oil and dust with flour.
- Arrange the dough on top of each and roll it out flat till thin.
- Heat pan. Place the dough and heat till it form small bubbles as shown below.
- Remove from heat and cover to allow it cool down. Cut the dough out round circle and divide diagonally into four.
- Cook chicken with spice and seasonings. Remove d chunk and shred with fork or pound. Heat oil add Ginger and garlic along with shredded chicken add spice & stir fry remove from heat. Mix flour and little water to form a thick paste. Take d sheet and fold the curve part in two rub the paste to gum. Add d filling, rub paste and seal. Pardon me forgot to snap d step. And fry in hot oil. Drain and serve with your favorite dip.
