  1. In a bowl take maida, add salt ajwain and oil and make a dough with help of warm water rest for 15 minutes..
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and fennel seeds dein hing and dein ginger and green chilli, saute it dein add peas and again saute for a minute..
  3. Now add all dry masala and saute then add mashed potatoes and mix it well, keep the flame off and add fresh coriander.
  4. Roll the dough and cut it horizontally into 2 parts with help of knife.
  5. Grease with water and make a cone shape and fill 2 spoons of stuffing.
  6. Apply water to the edges, close and seal them like that will stuff all the samosas.
  7. In another pan heat the oil and on medium flame fry the samosa till it turns golden and crispy.
