- It's 1 cup all purpose flour.
- It's 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

- It's 1 tsp baking powder.

- Prepare 3/4 cup carrot juice.
- It's 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence.

- Take a bowl add sugar and oil and beat it till all the sugar desolves well. Now add salt and essence and again beat it well..
- After that add 1/4 cup of carrot juice mix well..
- In a bowl sieve the all dry ingredients that is all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix it gently by cut and fold method. Remember don't beat it..
- After mixing the batter preparing the mould by greasing with little oil and dust little flour..
- Now pour the batter it cake tin for baking in a preheated oven at 170° and bake for an approx 30-40 minutes..
- After 30-40 minutes your basic carrot flavoured cake is ready..
