  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add onions and saute until translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and saute until aromat.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add paprika and red chilli flakes. cook for a minute.
  6. Add salt, vinegar, hot chilli sauce.mix well. add water if required. it should be sauce consistency.
  7. Cool the sauce completely.
  8. Blend to smooth sauce.
  9. Add salt and pepper to cubed potatoes in a bowl. Toss well.
  10. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  11. Add pinch of salt to hot oil.
