Ingredients make Oats Semolina pancakes

  1. Prepare 2 cup semolina (sooji) roasted.
  2. Prepare 1 cup oats roasted.
  3. Prepare 1 cup mix veg(Capsicum, onion, tomato, green chilli) chopped.
  4. You need 5 tsp Oil.
  5. It's to taste Salt.
  6. You need 1Tsp Red chilli powder.
  7. It's 2 cups Water.
  8. It's 1 cup curd.

Oats Semolina pancakes step by step

  1. Finely grind the roasted semolina and oats and take them in a bowl.
  2. Add salt to taste, curd and water and mix well leaving no lumps and let rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Add water if the batter has become thick, the batter should not be too thick, neither slurry.
  4. Add the veggies to the batter.
  5. Heat a pan and add make the pancakes, add 1 to 2 tbsp oil, keep flipping and cook both sides well🧘.
  6. The batter will take some time to cook, around 4/5 minutes.
  7. Serve with ketchup or any chutney you prefer 🀷.
