  1. Mix semolina,oats and curd in one bowl and cover for 10-15 minutes..
  2. Chop all vegetables together in chopper..
  3. After 15 minutes, add cumin seeds in batter. Add all vegetables, coriander and salt. Mix well..
  4. Add some more water to make proper batter, as after 15 minutes semolina blooms and batter becomes thick..
  5. Heat skillet and add a ladleful batter and spread it evenly..
  6. Add few drops of oil and let it cook..
