- You need 2 medium bananas.

- In a bowl mash the bananas completely with a fork and add sugar and mix well. Add the melted butter and mix. Using a sieve add the flour and baking powder. Add walnuts and trutti frutti and mix well..
- Pour into the a greased loaf tin. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 C for about 30 to 40 minutes. Check with a tooth pick in the centre. If it comes out clean banana loaf is done..
