Ingredients make Pefect Banana Nut Bread
- You need 3 Ripe Bananas.
- You need 1/3 cup Melted butter.
- You need 3/4 cup Brown Sugar (not packed).
- You need 1 Egg (beaten).
- It's 1 tsp Vanilla.
- It's 1 tsp Baking Powder.
- It's 1 pinch Salt.
- You need 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (I used unbleached).
- It's 1 Optional: Cinnamon and pecans.
- It's 1 tbsp Olive Oil to grease.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place parchment paper in loaf tray and oil the paper and set aside.
- Mash bananas with a fork, and mix in butter in a large bowl.
- Add in sugar, egg and vanilla.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt over mixture and mix in.
- Add flour last and mix.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for about 30-45 mins until toothpick comes out clean.
- So amazingly delicious, was my first time and came out perfect.
- I also added a handful of chopped pecans into the mixture but this is optional, walnuts are great for this too!.
- Can also sprinkle with pecans and cinnamon ontop as I did here! Gives a great touch!.
