  4. It's 2 tsp sugar.
  5. Prepare 1 overripe banana.
  6. You need 1 teaspoon nutmeg.
  7. You need 1 teaspoon cinammon.
  8. It's Water/milk...as needed.
  9. It's Egg yolk.
  10. Prepare 1 tablespoon oil.

  1. Mash your banana with a fork.
  2. Add your flour and baking powder.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Add the rolled oats.
  5. Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
  6. Add your egg yolk.
  7. Mix everything well..add your water and milk in bits till you achieve the desired consistency.
  8. Add your oil to the batter.
  9. I used my double grilled pan...let one side cook before flipping over.
  10. Flip over.
  11. Do so with the remaining batter.
  12. Serve and dust with a little icing sugar.
