  1. Grind the oats to make a fine powder..
  2. Take a large bowl add oats powder,suji,curd,salt,spinach puree and one cup of water to make smooth batter..
  3. Heat oil in a pan..
  4. Add one spoon batter and spread it..
  5. At the top add grated carrot and cover it and cook for one mins in a medium flame..
  6. Flip it when it turns little red..
  7. Repeat the same process with the rest of the batter..
