Chocolate Melting Moments - Review / Rate this Recipe; View / Print PDF; Short and sweet, these are a lovely chocolate treat! They are wonderfully buttery and melt-in-your-mouth. My butter cookies are eggless, and uses more cornflour/cornstarch than flour, resulting in such a soft, delicate crumb. Beat the butter with the icing sugar until pale and fluffy, then add the vanilla extract and mix well. Using an electric beater, beat butter and vanilla essence until creamy. Add icing sugar and continue to beat until pale and well combined. Add flour and cocoa and mix to combine. Thank you and good luck
