- Prepare 1/2 tsp vanilla essence.
- Prepare 1 pinch salt.

- Combine the rest of other ingredients (remember to sift the flour, sugar, milk powder and matcha powder to avoid lumps). Add the melted choc and butter. Give it a good stir. Then whisk until combine and lighter in colour (I used stand mixer, high speed for 5 mins)..
