- Prepare 60 g melted butter.
- It's 1000 g cream cheese.
- It's 300 g white sugar.
- You need 200 g dollop cream.
- Prepare 150 ml milk.
- Prepare 30 g all purpose flour.
- Prepare 1 lemon zest.
- Prepare 1 orange zest.
- You need 5 ml vanilla extract.
- You need 4 eggs.
- You need 150 g melted lotus spread.

- Place in the oven for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and let it cool in the oven for at least 3 hours.
- Continue chilling in the fridge for 6 hours or over night.

- Pour the melted spread on the chilled cake and allow it to set.
- Garnish with crushed biscuits and serve.
