  6. You need 1 tablespoon margarine, softened.
  7. You need 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  8. You need 2 eggs.
  9. It's Butter cooking spray.
  10. It's Whipped topping or ice cream.

  1. In a large bowl whisk together Bisquick, sugar, evaporated milk,margarine, pumpkin pie spice,cinnamon powder, vanilla extract and your 2 eggs.....Mixture will be smooth......
  2. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with the butter cooking spray.......
  3. Pour wet mixture into pie pan......
  4. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.......
  5. Let cool for about 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight, serve with my homemade whipped topping and enjoy 😉!.
