Make your favorite takeouts at home! Serve the sweet and sour chicken with plain rice for a satisfying dinner. The good thing about sweet-and-sour chicken is that it is not difficult to reheat and it will honestly just take a couple of minutes and you are in business. Go With the Oven If you want your sweet-and-sour chicken warmed up properly, while still maintaining the same quality, then the open is by far the best option available. Toss the chunks of chicken in a little seasoned cornflour (corn starch) before sauteing them. Doing this helps the chicken colour on the outside but best of all it helps prevent the chicken from drying out and becoming tough when it cooks in the sauce later. Thank you and good luck
