  3. Cook covered for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and cook uncovered for another 30 minutes on low heat 160° C..
  4. For the green beans - add the olive oil to a pan on medium heat..
  5. Add the onion and cook for a few minutes until it's soft and translucent. Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds, add the water to ensure the garlic it's not burning..
  6. Add the green beans and cook covered for 10 minutes..
  7. Add all dry ingredients into a food processor and mix them all, until they became a omogen mixture of seasoning..
  8. Add the seasoning on top of the beans and stir well. Cook uncovered until the beans are soft and all water is evaporated..
