  2. Prepare 3/4 cup Milk.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Baking powder.
  4. You need 1/4 Baking soda tsp.
  5. It's 2 tsp vanilla essence.
  6. Prepare 1 pinch salt.
  7. Prepare Very less oil.
  8. Prepare Pure organic honey.
  9. It's Berries of your choice.

  1. Add a cup of quick oats to Food process, grind it to make fine powder..
  2. Take a bowl, add all dry ingredients,, oats powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and keep aside..
  3. Take another bowl, add milk, Vanilla essence and add the previous dry mix to it. Mix gently, do not over mix and avoid any lumps..
  4. Now heat a non stick pan, spray very little oil, pour a Laddle of batter over it. Keep the flame medium low..
  5. When bubbles appears it's time to flip it gently. Cook other side for 1-2minutes..
  6. Serve hot with Honey and berries. You can Sprinkle cinnamon powder too (optional)..
