  2. It's wheat flour.
  3. You need semolina.
  4. It's Milk.
  5. Prepare Nutmeg powder.
  6. Prepare baking soda.
  7. Prepare thick coconut milk.
  8. Prepare Corn starch.
  9. You need sugar.
  10. Prepare Jaggery.

  1. Mash banana, add semolina and wheat flour.
  2. Add Jaggery mix and keep aside for 10 mins.
  3. Now add milk,nutmeg powder and pinch of baking soda.
  4. Heat appam stand grease with ghee pour mixture and cook on low flame.
  5. Now take thick coconut milk add sugar and cook on low flame when it becomes lookwarm add paste of corn starch mix well and cook for minute and serve.
