  2. It's All-purpose Flour.
  3. You need Melted Butter.
  4. It's Baking Soda.
  5. It's Baking powder.
  6. Prepare Milk.
  7. Prepare Vinegar.
  8. It's Salt.
  9. It's Spread-.
  10. You need butter.
  11. You need Sugar Powdered.
  12. You need Cinnamon powder.
  13. It's tap Coco powder.
  14. It's garnishing--.
  15. You need Powdered sugar.

Cinnamon Roll instructions

  1. First mix the milk at room temperature with vinegar and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients of dough and add the milk & vinegar mixture to this along with the butter and knead a soft dough..
  3. Rest the dough for 10 minutes and knead it once again for a minute..
  4. Mix the soft butter along with Coco powdar, sugar and cinnamon powder..
  5. Roll out the dough to make a rectange..
  6. Spread the cinnamon - butter - sugar filling on it..
  7. Fold into 3 flaps and roll it slightly to make sure it sticks properly..
  8. Divide it into 3 strips & take one strip..
  9. Twist it to make a braid and tuck both the edges at the bottom. Place these in muffin cups..
  10. Pre Heat the Kadhai with some salt. Place a ring stand and place the muffin cups on a plate in the pre heat kadhai and cook for 20 minutes..
  11. Then serve it..
