- Prepare 3-4 cups Cooked Rice.
- It's 1 tsp Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes.
- It's 1 tsp Black pepper powder.
- It's 3-4 tbsp Oil.
- You need 6-7 Eggs.
- Prepare 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped.
- It's 2 Capsicum finely chopped.
- Prepare 2 Onions finely chopped.

- Heat Oil in a kadai. Saute Onions and Capsicum both on a low heat but do not saute them for a long time. The raw smell must fade away. Now stir in the rest of the spices mentioned. Mix well and break Eggs into it one by one..
