  2. It's 2-3 Eggs (as liked).
  3. You need 4-5 Garlic Cloves.
  4. Prepare 2-3 Spring Onions.

  1. Wash & soak rice according to rice type.Boil water with 1 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp vinegar.add drained rice to boiling water.let them boil until tender.drain the water.keep rice on dum over low to medium heat..
  2. Take 1 Tbsp oil in a wok.keep medium flame.add eggs one by one in wok.sprinkle salt, black pepper powder & chop green part of spring onion in eggs..
  3. Scramble the eggs in wok with the help of spoon.let them cook over medium heat till eggs are fluffy.take them out in a plate & keep aside..
  4. In the same wok,heat 1 Tbsp oil again.add chop white part of spring onion.fry to pink.add chop garluc cloves.fry till colour changes.add diced carrots & fry till tender.add spring onion (chop green part).mix together.fry over high heat for just 30 second so as to keep spring onion fresh..
  5. Add boiled rice in wok.mix.add 1/4 tsp salt & 1 Tbsp soya sauce in rice. Fry over medium heat to mix well all ingredients.lastly add fried egg pieces in wok.add some more chop greens of springonion & turn the flame high for a minute to mix rice well.turn off heat.keep covered..
