  1. Pre-heat oven to 200ยฐC..
  2. Melt the coconut oil and the cacao butter together in a pan on a low heat..
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients (except for the zest and the cranberries) together in a large bowl..
  4. Add the melted cacao / oil mixture..
  5. Add the maple syrup, cranberries, water, vanilla and orange zest and mix well til itโ€™s all combined..
  6. Line a baking tin with baking paper. (These tins are 21cm.) Put the mix in the tin and flatten so itโ€™s even..
  7. Sprinkle the cranberries and nuts on the top. Gently press them in. Bake for 15 -20 mins. They are quite gooey so itโ€™s quite hard to tell when they are done. But they are also pretty forgiving so they wonโ€™t dry out..
  8. Let the brownies cool before removing them from the tin. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹.
  9. The brownies are best kept in the fridge and will keep for up to a week..
